All Nursing Homes are subject to the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (from 1 April 2010). The industry regulator , the Care Quality Commission (and its predecessor the Commission for Social Care Inspection) inspect homes and assess them against certain criteria. They then issue a grade of Excellent, Good, Adequate or Poor. Linden House has been consistently graded Excellent since the grading system started in 2007. All bedroom furniture provided but residents are encouraged to bring in their own furniture, pictures and personal belongings to make their room like home.

Mobile trolley with dedicated computer for residents use.

Sky connection available in all rooms.
