Commitment to Safety

Linden House Nursing Home works actively to prevent harm and promote the welfare of all children and adults that we interact with.

We have a zero tolerance approach to abuse. We recognise that all children and adults at risk, regardless of their background, have the right to protection from abuse, and acknowledge our shared responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adults at risk.

Linden House Nursing Home is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all children and adults, free from discrimination based on age, disability, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic.

This policy applies to everyone working or representing Linden House, regardless of position, employment type (full, part-time, temporary, contractor or volunteer). It also applies to any activity involving babies and children.

Linden House had created a safe, accessible, fair, and efficient space to enable all staff, residents, visitors and contractors to raise any safeguarding concerns.

All staff receive training on identifying and reporting any safeguarding concerns.
